  • Australia: 7–14 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

  • If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • TurtleHug is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification

  • We will assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will review and offer a replacement or resolution


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this period, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed
